Permanenta Meistars

Permanenta Meistars is an international training centre for permanent make-up and aesthetic dermopigmentation, founded in 2010, and the first specialised micropigmentation school in the Baltics. The centre has trained more than 5,000 artists who now work across Europe, the UK, the USA and Canada.

Training takes place in person in Riga; some programmes are also available online.

The founder of the Permanent Master brand, owner of Permanent Master Lux and head of the Permanenta Meistars training centre is Nadezhda Linde, who has practised and taught permanent make-up since 2006.

Our products and equipment

In our treatments and training we use up-to-date equipment and our own-brand pigments, made in Korea to our specification. All products are certified to EU requirements and hold a REACH certificate.

Models and materials

Students do not need to find their own models: the centre has its own client base. We also provide all equipment and materials during training, and working tools are available in the Permanent Master online shop.

After graduation

Graduates receive a Permanent Master training centre diploma in Latvian and English, can continue developing their skills at our seminars and take part in professional competitions.

Training is led by practising specialists: permanent make-up artists, a tattoo artist and a dermatologist.

Nadezhda Linde
Nadezhda Linde

Founder and trainer of the training centre and owner of the Permanent Master brand. Permanent make-up and aesthetic dermopigmentation artist since 2006, member of OSED and of the International League of Permanent Make-up Professionals.

Education: University of Latvia, bachelor's degree in economics; Transport and Telecommunication Institute, management science.
Achievements: Director of the regional representation of the International League of Permanent Make-up Professionals in Latvia; member of the Russian Society of Aesthetic Dermopigmentation Specialists (O.S.E.D.); participant of the LNE Congress on applied aesthetics, 2011, Moscow; speaker at the 9th Yevgeny Laputin International Congress on Aesthetic Medicine «Kosmetik International», Moscow, 2010; author of publications in Permanent make-up (Russia), KB Professional, Azbuka Zdorovya (Vesti Segodnya) and others.
